Privacy Policy

1. Purposes of processing

• Receiving, reviewing, and replying to inquiries

2. Information processed

• Inquiry form (Contact page): required — name, email, inquiry type, message / optional — organization
• Inquiry dialog (some pages): name, organization, role, email, LinkedIn profile or website URL, inquiry type, message
• Generated when an inquiry is submitted: the page it came from, submission time, and values derived automatically from the message (inquirer type, organization type, topic)
• When you email us directly (connect@geniusbrain.works): your email address and the content of your email
• The Site sets no cookies and does not use visitor analytics or advertising trackers.

3. Retention period

• Inquiry information: 3 years after the inquiry is resolved

4. Destruction procedure

When the retention period ends, the inquiry email is deleted from the Gmail inbox and the trash is emptied so it is permanently removed.

5. Provision to third parties

The Operator does not provide personal information to third parties. The service providers listed below process data on the Operator's behalf and are not third-party recipients.

• Vercel Inc. — Website hosting and inquiry processing
• Google LLC — Sending inquiry notifications through Gmail (SMTP) and receiving and storing them
• Cloudflare, Inc. — Forwarding email sent to the company address (connect@geniusbrain.works)

7. International transfers

All of the providers above are based in the United States.

• Vercel Inc. — Country: United States (server region iad1, Washington, D.C.) / When and how: transmitted over the network when an inquiry is submitted / Data: inquiry information in section 2 / Purpose: website hosting and inquiry processing / Retention: inquiry content is not stored on Vercel and is used only to process the submission. Access logs that Vercel keeps to operate its service are governed by Vercel's privacy policy. / Contact: privacy@vercel.com
• Google LLC — Country: United States / When and how: transmitted over the network when an inquiry is submitted or when email to the company address is forwarded / Data: inquiry information in section 2 contained in notification emails, and email forwarded from the company address / Purpose: sending, receiving, and storing inquiry notifications / Retention: as in section 3 / Contact: the contact options in Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy)
• Cloudflare, Inc. — Country: United States / When and how: transmitted over the network when you email the company address / Data: email sent to the company address (sender address and content) / Purpose: email forwarding / Retention: Cloudflare only forwards email sent to the company address to Gmail and does not store or read its content. / Contact: privacyquestions@cloudflare.com

8. Your rights and how to exercise them

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information. Send requests to connect@geniusbrain.works and we will act on them after verification.

9. Security measures

• Traffic between you and the Site is encrypted with HTTPS.
• Inquiry content is not written to server logs.
• The Site is operated by a single administrator.
• Two-step verification is enabled on the Gmail, Vercel, and Cloudflare admin accounts.
• The app password used to send email is kept only as a server environment variable and is never exposed in code or to the browser.
